Rainforest Hideaway offers B&B accommodation in Cape Tribulation in a small eco-lodge nestled deep inside the ancient Daintree rainforest.
This is the most unique accommodation in Cape Tribulation, all owner built with an artistic touch, surrounded by a sculpture trail through the rainforest.
Do not expect all the luxuries of boring resorts here, the whole place
is designed to have minimal impact on the environment.
Rainforest Hideaway has only two rooms in this B&B so peace and quiet are assured.
The accommodation is a walkable distance from the beach, Cape Tribulation, National Park boardwalks and trails, restaurants, shops, and most tours do a free courtesy pick up.
Rainforest Hideaway is also a booking agent for the Daintree Jungle House. This is real jungle accommodation, a self-contained open design small polehouse deep inside the Daintree rainforest, with a small kitchen, outdoor shower, and composting toilet.
The accommodation is located in 5 acres of privately owned rainforest, and you can explore this ancient jungle on the sculpture trail that the owner is establishing.
This trail is a never ending project, combining Mother Nature's artwork of the ancient rainforest with the creations of the owner and visiting artists.
Most of the sculptures are so large they can never be moved so they are created on site and will remain there for eternity.
While you explore the trails you will also encounter some of the amazing flora and fauna of the Daintree rainforest, and you could even come face to face with a cassowary!
